Scripted by Publisher/Editor Tony Caputo, penciled by Tom Tenney, and inked by Jim Brozman, this never-reprinted story from NOW's Terminator #2 (1988) adds some interesting backstory to the scarce info then available about the future cyber-controlled Earth!
(Terminator 2: Judgement Day didn't come out until 1991, and, until then, there were novels, comics, and games to flesh out (as it were) the history of Earth...and most of them have since been shown to be apocryphal/not canon!)
