It's almost Halloween, and, in a fit of nostalgia, I searched the Net for Mars Attacks. (I worked for Topps when the movie came out in 1996!)
Imagine my surprise to discover...thanks to the WayBack Machine, that the site was operational until July of 2011, and still exists HERE!
If you want to see a classic example of pre-Web 2.0 site-making, have a look!
It's retro-kool!
The RetroBlogs™ have run lots of Frankenstein stuff in October, but not the classic tale...
...until now!
Starting Monday, Hero & Heroine Histories™ will present the Classics Illustrated version, uncut and uncensored!
At the same time, we'll be running the firstDracula comic adaptation, a book-length tale from Eerie #12, right here at Atomic Kommie Comics™ also complete and uncensored!
(There wasn't a Classics Illustrated version until the 1980s!)
Photographed from the original posters (not from second-generation repros, tiny pix in books or low-rez internet files), the art has been lovingly-restored and digitally-remastered.
And, best of all, every one of the posters features those really-kool Martian war machines!
Whether you're a member of Team Jacob, or just love the fanged furry furies, go WEREWOLF this Halloween with our kool kollectibles including recyclable trick-or-treat bags, mini-buttons (great for bag stuffers and they don't rot teeth), magnets, mugs, yard signs and banners, and of course, shirts and hoodies!
Order now or you'll be baying at the moon with regret!
Each week, we post a limited-edition design, to be sold for exactly 7 days, then replaced with another!
This week...Whether you're a member of Team Edward, Team Jacob, or swing both ways (some people do, nothing wrong with that), you can't go wrong with this vintage design featuring the classic look for both werewolves and vampires!
Perfect for Halloween or watching horror movies!
Available in both adult and kid sizes on t-shirts and sweats/hoodies, as well as mugs, bags and other kool kollectibles!

Next Saturday, the Design of the Week mutates into...God only knows what!
