Next week we'll be unleashing several designs commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the ULTIMATE music festival--WOODSTOCK!
Here's two of them, both with a decidedly-retro look and feel.
We'll also have the FIRST promo poster, which had very limited use because it listed the original site, Walkill, instead of Bethel, where the festival was actually held!

Design of the Week--"Threaten Americans? DON'T!"
We've decided to introduce a new feature to our line of collectibles...Design of the Week!
Each Thursday, we'll post a design, to be sold for exactly 7 days, then replaced with another!
This week...
Somali pirates?
North Korean dictators?
Iranian mullahs?
Mess with America, will ya?
We are slow to anger, but once aroused, we are unstoppable!
Threaten one of us, and you threaten ALL of us!
Show that, despite our differences, Americans stand united against any external threats!

OTHER Patriotic SuperHeroes (& SuperHeroines)
With all the tzimmis over the Return of Steve Rogers as Captain America (and who didn't know that was coming?), you might want to have a look at the other star-spangled heroes introduced during the Golden Age of comic books!
You did know Captain America was not the first superhero to wrap himself in the "colors that never run", didn't you?
The very first flag-wearing hero was Archie (then MLJ) Comics' The Shield who predated Cap by over a year!
Then, between 1940 and 1945, dozens of stars & stripes-wearing heroes (and heroines) flew, leaped, punched, kicked, and flipped thru the four-color newsprint world of comic books!
(Technically, Superman wore red, YELLOW, and blue, so he wasn't visually a flag-waving hero.
But Wonder Woman's Amazon garb was meant to show alliance with America's values and beliefs!)
In that virtuous vein, we at Atomic Kommie Comics™ want to tell you about a plethora of patriotic pummelers at Lost Heroes of the Golden Age of Comics™ in our Flag-Draped Heroes line of kool kollectibles!
Most, if not all of them have recently been revived in the new series Project SuperPowers and it's spin-off titles. (Pick them up at your local comic book store TODAY!)
So fly the flag (or The Flag himself) this 4th of July with Flag-Draped Heroes ONLY at Lost Heroes of the Golden Age of Comics™!

Fantastic Femmes--China Chow
Actress. Model. Fashion Designer. Entrepreneur.
Is there anything China Chow hasn't tried (and done well)?
Probably because she has her fingers in so many creative pies, China performs infrequently in film / tv projects, but we certainly enjoy watching the results when she does...
Trivia: Niece of David Byrne (Talking Heads) actress/costume designer Adelle Lutz, and actress (and future Fantastic Femme) Tsai Chin!
Daughter of fashion model Tina Chow restaurateur Michael Chow (Mr. Chow)
Dated genre vets Keanu Reeves & Mark Wahlberg.
